When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. When you schedule a pickup, we collect the office name, address, pickup date, and any notes you provide.
We use your information solely to operate the pickup scheduling service — to identify your account, process pickup requests, and send you notifications about your scheduled pickups.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to Eastern Dragon Dental Lab staff for the purpose of fulfilling pickup requests.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
